Part Time Customer Service Executive

Part Time Customer Service Executive. £18,500 pro rata (Ideally 2.5 days per week - Wed PM, Thursday and Friday) This is a highly varied role that's a combination of administration, data inputting, customer service and post-sales support on a part time basis - ideally the second half of the working week. The role requires a diligent, admin focused customer service professional with great IT skills and the confidence to deal with customers over the 'phone including upselling and cross-selling.

To succeed you will be a rare individual that is an efficient, organised professional yet is a strong character that is able to be assertive when the need arises. You will set yourself high personal standards and have the confidence to handle inbound enquiries, understand client needs to provide appropriate product support literature and assistance.

Above all, you will be an enthusiastic, effervescent and positive individual that has an abundance of energy and is a great communicator. Solid knowledge of Word Excel and Outlook is required and some understanding of a CRM package (Act, Goldmine for instance) or other Business Contact management system would be a definite advantage.
