Sales Trainer - Africa, Construction Distribution. £35,000 Basic + Company Car + Housing + performance related bonus + complete expenses package.
Our client is an international leader in construction materials and considered an authority within their field. They distribute a range of materials to a broad array of clients on an international level. The manufacturers are considered a leader within a highly competitive market.

When taking into account the standing of the company the Distribution chain within Africa is essential and as such relevant Sales Managers and teams need to further develop and maintain an excellent standard. This is a unique opportunity to be an 'Ambassador' for a very process driven organisation who feel their professionalism gains significant repeat business within a vibrant sector.

This role cannot be underestimated and would suit an individual who is keen to penetrate Africa, travel extensively and re-locate every six months to a new team. For each location your primary role will be to further develop the existing Sales teams within the distribution chain. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance a sales trainer background and bring you forward within your career.

This role will obviously pose several challenges but will offer great support, security and an established training process. It is essential that you possess the following qualities;

+ Sociable at all levels
+ A 'Self Starter' who is hungry to develop
+ Versatile and have an ability to overcome minor hurdles
+ Can adapt to various audiences within a training environment

Further to these qualities you must have a significant background with training sales people within different sectors and in different environments. It is preferable that you have dealt with African territories but not essential. This role has a clear training process in place but you must be able to show a level of innovative thinking when approaching each task.

Initial interviews will be held in Milton Keynes and as such this must be taken into account when applying.
