Aaron Wallis is recruiting a Finance Recruitment Consultant to join the Qualified team for an established recruiter based in London.

Commerce and Industry recruits on behalf of the top regional, national and international clients, building strong relationships on our quality of service. As a Recruitment Consultant for the London Temporary C & I division, you will be joining a talented sales team operating in one of the most lucrative territories in the country offering access to a comprehensive candidate database and working with a large and diverse portfolio of multinational and SME clients. Responsibilities will include effective new business development to attract and retain new client accounts, generation and servicing of candidates, consistent delivery against target and effective maintenance of records on in-house recruitment database.
You will specialise in recruiting Finance and Accounting professionals with salary levels ranging from £50k to £80k. As a Senior Consultant you will also participate in networking events with our affiliated sponsorships and have the opportunity to formally pitch for new business that has been won through your efforts.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of recruiting Qualified Accountants within the London market along with strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment adhering to targets/deadlines.
Ideally you will have a track record of recruiting Newly Qualified through to Senior Finance Levels in the London market.
